Аннотация

Секция Ceratocystis рода Carex – одна из наиболее таксономически сложных групп в роде. Решение вопросов филогении и систематики этой секции сложны из-за частой межвидовой гибридизации и интрогрессии. Большинство видов, принадлежащих к этой группе, способны образовывать гибриды, что указывает на полупроницаемость видовых барьеров. Для выявления процессов гибридизации и интрогрессии среди видов секции Ceratocystis мы изучили внутригеномный полиморфизм внутреннего транскрибируемого спейсера (ITS1) генов 35S рРНК у Carex flava, C. serotina, C. scandinavica, C. hostiana и их предполагаемых гибридов (C. flava × C. scandinavica, C. flava × C. serotina, C. hostiana × ?) и проследили материнскую линию наследования с помощью хлоропластного маркера trnL. Дополнительно для этих таксонов были проанализированы сравнительно-морфологические данные и фертильность пыльцы. Было установлено, что чистые виды обладают набором видоспецифичных риботипов, в то время как предполагаемые гибриды несут комбинацию риботипов разных родительских таксонов. Чистые виды всегда характеризовались высоким процентом фертильной пыльцы; аналогичный показатель отмечен у некоторых гибридов, тогда как другие гибридные образцы оказались полностью стерильными. Анализ главных компонент (PCA), основанный на морфологических признаках, выявил три кластера: C. serotina совместно с C. scandinavica, гибриды и C. flava. Сходные результаты показал анализ главных координат (PCoA) на основе молекулярных данных. Сравнение всего массива полученных данных подтверждает гибридное происхождение образцов, обладающих промежуточной морфологией.
