Anatomical and morphological features of the shoots structure of Filipendula camtschatica (Rosaceae) in culture in vitro
Abstract
The results of the study morphogenetic processes in plants of Filipendula camtschatica (Pall.) Maxim. under propagation in vitro are presented. ½MS medium supplemented Kn 1 mg/l, indolyl acetic acid 0,05 mg/l and Gb 2 mg/l provide a high multiplication rate. Micro plants formed a rosette shoots. Nutritional medium is selected for cultivation vegetative rosette shoots and further transfer micro plants into the ground.Downloads
