First data on basidial macromycetes at the cluster Zabelovsky of the Bastak Nature Reserve (Jewish Autonomous Region)
Abstract
The cluster Zabelovsky of the Bastak Nature Reserve is situated in the east part of the Jewish Autonomous Region. Its territory represents landscapes of the Middle Amur Lowland in the zone of the Amur River floodplain. There are wet meadows and grassy bogs in low places and woodlands of deciduous trees (mainly, Quercus mongolica, Betula dahurica, B. platyphylla and Populus tremula) on faint elevations. In 2013, a plant cover has been damaged by a long-drawn-out great flood of Amur River. During 2015 and 2017, specimens of 164 species of basidial macromycetes were collected at the territory. Among them, 96 species are xylotrophic, 35 – mycorrhizal, 17 – humus saprotrophic, 14 – litter saprotrophic, 1 species are lichenized and 1 species is associated with liverworts. Nine species were registered in the Russian Far East for the first time and 46 more species were added to the species list of fungi of the Jewish Autonomous Region. Gyroporus castaneus, Hericium coralloides and H. erinaceus are regional rare species. Tremella fuciformis, first found at the region, refers to rare species in Primorye Territory.
